Transcripts in Braille

Current and former students of the University of Colorado can order a transcript and request that it be translated into Braille. Students can place their order in person at the transcript window in Regent Hall, write to the transcript department at 68 UCB, Boulder, CO 80309-0068, or fax a request to transcripts at 303-492-4884. Please include a contact phone number or e-mail address. It will take 4 to 5 working days beyond the normal 4-5 day processing. There is no charge for this service.

Uniphone [Dial out only]

Located on the counter outside the transcript / enrollment verification window in the lobby of Regent Administrative Center.
The Uniphone combines standard telephone and text telephone (TTY) functions.  The Uniphone has 3 modes for communicating:

1. Voice Mode allows you to use the Uniphone as a standard telephone for voice-to-voice communication.
2. TTY Mode allows you to use the Uniphone as a standard TTY for text-to-text communications.
3. Voice Carry Over (VCO) Mode allows you to use the Uniphone for voice and text communication.

Translation and Interpretation

If you are conducting business with the registrar's office and need translation assistance to complete a transaction, please contact us to schedule an appointment for translation or interpretive services. We are NOT professional translators, merely students or staff who work within the office. If you require professional services, refer to the yellow pages of your local telephone directory under "Translators & Interpreters".
