RQS Custom Query Request Form
In order to run any RQS query, you must have CIW Access!

A normal RQS query request charge is $155 per query. RQS query requests need to be made at least TWO weeks in advance, no exceptions. We do not accept rush orders. Complex programming requests may be charged an additional hourly fee of $75 per hour. Orders usually take 2-3 weeks to complete from start of programming to finish.
