Verification of degrees and enrollments is used as a way to fight fraud and misrepresentation. Our principal goals are to make access to the information timely and assure that the verifications are accurate. Verification of degrees and enrollments is a responsibility we take very seriously.
Free Service
The registrar's office provides this service, at no cost through regular mail.

Fax: Academic Records fax number: 303-735-3705.
- All regular mail requests are processed within three business days at no charge.
- Walk in: Bring your form to the Transcript/Enrollment Verification window in Regent Lobby, where it will be processed at no charge, while you wait.
Fee Based Service
- Rush Orders through the Office of the Registrar: If you are requesting a rush order to be faxed, emailed or sent by Federal Express, please call 303-492-4911 then press 0 to reach an operator. Rush fees are: Federal Express Service $20; Same day fax or email attachment $15; or next day fax or email attachment $5.
- Because there can be high volumes of urgent requests, not all employers and support agencies can get the immediate attention they require from the Office of the Registrar. As a result, we offer the option of fee based verification services, provided by these professional institutions:
