Grade Posting

Final grades for spring 2009 should be available on CUConnect beginning Monday, May 25, 2009. The grade scanning process takes several days, so all grades do not appear on students' records at the same time. Final grades should be complete by Monday, May 25, 2009. If you are still missing grades by this date, we are aware of the problem and trying to contact faculty. Student GPAs are not accurate until all grades are entered for the semester. Transcripts on hold waiting for final grades for the spring semester will be mailed beginning Friday, May 25, 2009.

If you think there has been an error on one of your grades, you should try to contact your instructor. The Academic Records department can also check the final grade lists to make sure the letter grade your instructor wrote is the same grade that was scanned and posted to your record. It takes several days to arrange the final grade lists in numerical order, so please wait until Friday, May 25, 2009 before contacting Academic Records at 303-492-6970.

Parent access to student records: Students must give parents permission to access grades and other non-directory information by filling out the Student Permission for Parental Access to Information from the Student Record Form .
