Attachments to Transcripts
You may include attachments to your official PAPER TRANSCRIPTS ONLY. Examples are cover letters, AP/IB credit, Transfer credit, a stamp on the seal of your envelope, a transcript that has been notarized by us, or apostilled by the Colorado Secretary of State.

Unofficial Transcripts

Currently enrolled students can access their unofficial transcript using PLUS (student ID # and PIN needed). Unofficial transcripts are not available for former students or alumni.  Current students may print out this unofficial transcript on any printer. NOTE: The only student identification on this transcript is the appearance of the last 4 digits of the student # at the top of the document. No official transcripts are available on PLUS.

How to Check the Status of an Order

When you use Easy Online Ordering to order your official transcripts, you will receive an email confirmation with the initial status of the order. To check the most current delivery status, status of payment, FedEx tracking number, or any other information please log into Easy Online Ordering.
