How to add an attachment to your transcript:
Electronic PDF transcripts do not currently have an attachment option. Attachments are available for paper transcript orders only.
Examples of attachments:
The following file types are available to attach in the Easy Ordering System: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, eps, cdr, ai, pdf, tif, tiff, bmp, zip, doc, docx
- Cover letters from AACOMAS, AMCAS, CASPA, PharmCAS, LSAC, etc.
- Print the cover sheet from your organization, sign the document, and scan and save it to your computer.
- You may then attach the document by clicking on “browse” next to the “Attachment” option at the bottom of the order page on the portal.
- Cover letters provided by the university you are applying to (CSU Global, USC, etc).
- You may download your cover letter and save it to your computer. If the cover letter requires your signature, print the document, sign it, and scan and save to your computer.
- You may then attach the document by clicking on "browse" next to the "Attachment" option at the bottom of the order page on the portal.
- AP/IB credit, or Transfer credit.
- Write a letter to the transcript department requesting this service. If you do not want to write your own letter, you may use this letter for AP/IB and transfer credit.
- Save the letter to your computer, and attach by clicking on "browse" next to the "Attachment" option at the bottom of the order page on the portal.

- A stamp on the seal of your envelope.
- Write a letter to the transcript department requesting this service. You may use this letter if you do not want to write your own.
- Save the letter to your computer, and attach the letter by clicking on "browse" next to the "Attachment" option at the bottom of the order page on the portal.

- A transcript that has been notarized by us.
- For notarization, write us a letter requesting this service. Save the letter to your computer and attach by clicking "browse" next to the "Attachment" option at the bottom of the page on the portal.
- You may use this letter if you do not want to write your own.

- Transcripts to be apostilled by the Colorado Secretary of State.
- Please Note: The Colorado Secretary of State now charges for rush and non-rush apostilles. If you need your transcript apostilled you will need to have the notarized transcripts sent to you and then you send them to the Secretary of State with a check.
